1. How long does it take to receive an order if I choose 3rd Day, 2nd Day or Overnight Shipping Option?
For express orders such as 3rd day, 2nd day and Next Day it generally 24 hours for processing and handling which delivery would exclude the order date. For instance, if you place the order on Monday with 3rd Day prior to 12 am(PST), it will arrive on Thursday. Saturday & Sunday are non-operational days for FedEx.
Please note: Express orders must be placed before 11 am Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same day. Express orders placed after cut off time will be shipped on the next available business date. Delivery time excludes the date of order, so time would start the day after it's been shipped.
FedEx does not deliver any packages on Saturday or Sunday. Available Delivery date will be Monday to Friday Only.
2. Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not pick-up currently in our fulfilment facility in Chino California. All orders are processed and shipped via FedEx or USPS.
3. How long is processing time once an order is placed?
Majority of the orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1 business day excluding non-operational holiday or weekends. However, we may need up to 3-4 business days depending upon season due to heavy order volumes or custom made. If you need an order guaranteed to ship within 1 business day you will need to choose an express service. We will do our best to provide the quickest processing time possible.
4. Do you offer 2nd Shipment on back-order & Pre-order items?
If you place an order containing Pre-Order products, the entire order will be held and shipped entirely until the indicated date. There are no 2nd shipments available. Therefore, if you require products immediately, please plan accordingly such as place a separate order.
5. How long does it take to receive an order if I am on the east coast?
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing and handling in the order in which they were submitted. If you select Flat Rate shipping delivery can take up to 4-10 business days. For Ground Service it usually takes 4-5 business days to arrive (Excluding Saturday & Sunday).
6. How long does it take to receive an order via Flat Rate Ground Shipping?
Processing and handling normally requires 1-2 business days in the order submitted. Once shipped delivery with Flat Rate service can take up to 4-10 business days since it ships on a 2nd party process with FedEx then is rendered to USPS for final delivery.

7. If I am within California, how long does it take to receive an order?
Southern California deliveries can usually take 1-2 days after processing and handling, while Northern California takes 2-3 Days to arrive (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)
8. How much is the shipping cost?
Our shipping prices are calculated directly on the website based on the package weight/dimensions, location and service class requested. Therefore, to attain a quote please add the items to your shopping cart, select corresponding country, input postal code and click on calculate shipping. The services will be automatically displayed with the corresponding shipping fees
For international customers, we use real time United States Postal Service Rate based on how much your order. Everything can be calculated automatically once you add the products to shopping cart and input your postal code and country, then calculate shipping.
9. Can I change the shipping address, or upgrade the shipping method once the order is shipped?
No, Once the order is shipped, there is no way for us to change any shipping address or upgrade any shipping service. FedEx, UPS and USPS do not allow address change while packaging is already in transit.
10. How to handle when the package disappears or is lost during transit?

- Please track your order on the carrier's website for any additional information. You may find helpful details in the notes such as "Left at front porch" or "Signed for by R Johnson."
- Check the location where the package should have been delivered (i.e., back door, front door, garage).
- Search around your property

Check with a neighbor or leasing office /central receiving.
- Check with other members of your household /co-workers who may have received the package without your knowledge.
Our carriers will ask that all of the above steps have been completed before they initiate a trace for a missing package. A trace involves having the driver confirm that the package was delivered to the correct location, and will take 1-2 business days to complete.
We can initiate the trace with the carrier on your behalf, but they are likely to contact you to ask additional questions. It is usually easier and faster if you initiate the missing package claim with the carrier yourself.
11. How to report a missing FedEx package?

If your package’s tracking status says it was delivered, but your recipient can’t find it, log in to your FedEx account, go to our tracking page, and follow these steps:
- Enter your tracking number or reference number.
- Select Manage Delivery, then Report Missing Package.
- Confirm that your recipient has checked everywhere the package might have been left by our driver and click Yes.
- Enter your contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address (optional).
- Tell us your preferred method of contact—text or email—and confirm that it’s okay for us to contact you.
- Click Submit, and you’ll receive a case number assigned to your report.
- Click Done. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to help locate your missing package.
- If you are unable to locate your package, and the carrier is unable to help, then please contact us.
